At Noble Trade, we believe every great business needs a great team — and at the heart of ours was Penelope, our loyal Head of HR. Penelope wasn’t just Craig’s dog; she was a constant companion, a source of joy, and the best kind of co-worker. Whether she was riding along to job sites, greeting customers with a friendly wag, or making sure everyone felt welcome, Penelope brought warmth and kindness wherever she went. Though she has passed on, her spirit continues to inspire everything we do at Noble Trade.
